Krishan Prusty of St Xaviers School (Khandagiri) bagged a treble by winning titles in men, junior and sub-junior boys categories of the MCL Cup Bhubaneswar District Table Tennis Tournament, which concluded here at Saheed Nagar Indoor Hall today.
Anjali Agarwal of Kendriya Vidyalaya No 1 clinched a double, taking titles in the women and junior girls groups. Salonee Patnaik, Swetapadma Dalei and Rajneesh Chiplunkar pocketed the other three singles titles of the three-day tournament, which was oraganised by Bhubaneswar District Table Tennis Association.
KIIT International School also bagged a double, emerging champions in both senior and junior boys categories of the MCL Cup Inter-School Tournament, which was conducted simultaneously. The senior and junior girls crowns were secured by Kendriya Vidyalaya No 1 and SAI International School.
